I have just purchased a Wilmette property with Betty Finn as my buyer's agent. This is the third time I or my family members have retained Betty as a buyer's agent and she also was the listing broker on a property of mine. Betty assisted me with the process of cleaning, and staging my home for sale and getting a junk removal company to clean out the house and prepare it for putting it on the market. She arranged all this in a very short time. While the market was fairly quiet with covid concerns and few homes on the market, she was able to establish a strong and fair price and put it on the market and solicit a close to asking offer with a quick closing. Betty made the experience as painless and successful as possible.
